Down Payment Assistance Program Workshop

The Community & Economic Development Department will be hosting a Down Payment Assistance Program workshop on the below dates / times. This workshop is specifically designed for professional lenders and realtors who want to learn more about the County’s down payment assistance programs. Attendees will gain valuable insights into the program including programmatic and process-related changes, updates on available funding sources, and hands-on training in the new down payment assistance online platform. Interested attendees should sign up for one of the below sessions and bring a laptop or tablet if possible. The registration deadline is January 3, 2025.
