Cooking with Apples in Celebration of NC Crunch Day!

Join N.C. Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center as we crunch into locally grown apple this October to celebrate National Farm to School and Early Care and Education Month and recognize our North Carolina Agriculture, NC farmers, and farm workers. What better way to do this then by learning to cook some delicious APPLE recipes!

This workshop will share nutritional information on apples, snack ideas, dessert recipes, and main dish recipes made with apples. The workshop will be held online on NC Crunch Day, Wednesday, October 19, 2022 starting at 10 AM to 11:30 AM.

If you can't make it to the live online session, still register and the recording and recipes will be emailed to you.
