Forks on Friday is where garden forks meet dinner forks – bring your lunch and learning gardening skills at these classes on Fridays from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. Programs will be held in-person at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center, 1450 Fairchild Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27105.

Join us for an insider’s preview of some of the choice plants to be offered in the Forsyth County Extension Master Gardener Plant Sale. The sale will feature a wide variety of plants with emphasis on native plants.

Microgreens are flavorful, nutrition-dense, young seedlings of vegetables or herbs. Learn the basics of microgreen gardening and gain hands-on experience preparing and seeding trays using materials you likely already have.
