Forsyth Public Health giving away COVID test kits and N95 masks Saturday

The Forsyth County Department of Public Health will be conducting a drive-thru distribution of 3,000 free at-home iHealth COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test Kits and N95 masks on Saturday, Feb. 5, from 2-4 p.m., or until the supply runs out, at the Health Department, 799 N. Highland Avenue. Limit two test kits (4 tests) and four N95 masks per vehicle. Parking will not be permitted. Walk-ups only allowed for those without a vehicle. This event is for residents of Forsyth County only. No identification is needed.

Due to an anticipated high demand for the tests and masks, please be prepared to wait. Note that traffic will turn right into the main Public Health/DSS parking lot (no left turns). Traffic should enter from the direction of 5th Street.

Test kits can also be ordered from the federal government for mail delivery at https://www.covidtests.gov/. Community testing locations can be found at https://covid19.ncdhhs.gov/about-covid-19/testing/find-covid-19-tests.
