Forsyth County 4-H is taking pre-orders for their annual 4-H Plant Sale now through February 26. The sale looks a little different this year due to COVID-19 restrictions. We are only offering blueberries, herbs, bluebird houses, and gardener's soap. You may purchase on-line using a credit card through the NC State University e-store, or you may complete our Google Form and then submit your cash or check payment in person or via the U.S. Postal Service.
Purchase using a credit card here. Note that we have already added a 5% charge to the price of the plants to cover the credit card fees.
Purchase using cash or check here. Note that your payment must be received in our office by Friday, February 26 in order to guarantee your order. At this time our office is open Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. and other times by appointment only. Masks must be worn inside the building. You may also mail a check made to Forsyth County 4-H to 1450 Fairchild Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105.
A contactless drive-thru Plant Sale pick-up will occur on Friday, March 26 from 8:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. Everyone is asked to write their name on an 8 1/2 X 11 sheet of paper, along with the location that they would like their plants to be placed (ie. Trunk or passenger rear floorboard). Pull up to the door and we will load your plants for you. Plants are NOT guaranteed after 6 p.m. on March 26.
Also, our virtual nut, candies, and trail mix fundraiser is still taking place! Visit https://forsyth4-h-nc.terrilynn.com to place an order. Those orders will be shipped to the address that you enter on the order form and will NOT be available on March 26.
Funds generated from both sales help to fund our Forsyth County 4-H Scholarship dollars program to support leadership and life skill development through attendance at 4-H events and through 4-H project work.
