Lieutenant George Andrew Salmons Retires

Lieutenant George “Andrew” Salmons began his Law Enforcement career on September 18, 1989, at the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office as a Deputy Sheriff. During his career, Lieutenant Salmons received two (2) letters of commendations and earned several promotions, with his most recent promotion to the rank of Lieutenant on June 27, 2009.

Throughout the course of his career, Lieutenant Salmons served in the Court Security Section, Patrol Section, Criminal Investigations Division, Property & Evidence Section, Crime Scene Unit, Internal Affairs Section and Administrative Services Division. Lieutenant Salmons was assigned to the Administrative Services Division at the time of his retirement.
