Alison Duncan, Community Gardening Coordinator for Forsyth County, will be teaching a class called, “Community Gardening 101” at the Forsyth County Cooperative Extension Center on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, from 5pm to 7pm.
The class will cover the basics of starting a community garden, including the organizational, procedural, and horticultural information needed to successfully grow a community garden. This class is the first offered in the Sustainable Growing Series, which is a year-long educational program aimed at urban growers.
