Help Send a 4-H’er to Japan
Nathan Barrick, a fifteen year old homeschooled student is active in 4-H, serving as Forsyth County Teen Council president and as secretary for the Trailblazer Teens 4-H Club. He and his brothers have hosted two Japanese exchange students. Nathan is planning to visit one of these students Kodai Hasagawa in July as a 4-H exchange student to Japan. In an effort to raise money for his trip, Nathan has produced
Sentimental Christmas, a CD featuring his musical talents on the keyboard, guitar, and saxophone.
Sentimental Christmas, which includes 10 classic Christmas songs, is being offered at the price of $10. Please consider purchasing one of his CD's for yourself and one as a stocking stuffer for someone you love.
Nathan currently serves as pianist at Northside Baptist Church. After eight years of piano lessons, he began teaching piano at the beginning of 2009. Although playing the piano is his passion, Nathan's musical interests are not limited to this one instrument. He also plays the organ, electric bass guitar, acoustic guitar, and saxophone. He uses his guitar skills in the Forsyth County 4-H Acoustic Band and in playing accompaniment for the Sounds of Praise Choir.
