December Detention Staff Member of the Month

Pfc. M. Cole is presently assigned to D -Team in the Intake Area of the Law Enforcement Detention Center. He has performed his duties at a level of excellence in this area, which is of very high demand because of the admittance and processing of new arrestees entering the facility for incarceration. Pfc. Cole has been assigned as an intake officer since June 2011 and he has previous experience and working knowledge in this area. He has often been assigned as the Team Leader of the Special Response Team and he supervises all members in an efficient manner.

Pfc. Cole has excellent interpersonal communication skills when dealing with fellow co-workers or inmates. He has the ability to diffuse a difficult situation with an inmate while taking command of a situation. He is very dependable and takes pride in his career with the Sheriff’s Office.

Pfc. Cole has a good working relationship with other Law Enforcement Agencies that he comes in contact with. He maintains a positive and professional attitude and image on a daily basis. Pfc. Cole knowledge and experience in most of the areas of the Detention Center and he is fully prepared to advance to the level as a supervisor. He is an asset to the Detention Center and he is recognized for his dedication, initiative, and hard work.
